Store in cool, dry area. Avoid chemicals. If rug gets wet, hang to dry. A soft brush can be used to remove debris. If the rug gets soiled, use a professional cleaner. This will protect and condition your rug. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within five (5) days of recieving the product. We will work with you to either return the product or resolve your concerns. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
